本安与隔爆的区别
Difference between intrinsic safety and flameproof
本安与隔爆型控制柜通常都安装在安全区。本质安全型防爆技术通常采用PLC控制系统，柜内配备安全栅，将危险区返回的信号线经过安全栅处理后再接入PLC输入/输出模块。目前国内通常对PLC输入信号采用本安型防爆技术，可将危险区的输入电流限制在2mA以下，因为电流很小，从本质上讲是安全的。
