3151/3051竖管道式差压密度计用于各种液体或液态混合物密度在线测量的自动化测量仪表。是一种用于连续在线测量液体密度的现场仪表,可直接用于工业生产过程。智能在线密度计采用先进技术,包括:一个电容式高精度差压传感器以及与其相连接的、插入生产过程的一对压力中继器。在两个压力中继器之间有个温度传感器,用来补偿过程液体的温度变化。3151/3051竖管道式差压密度计工作时连续在线测量液体密度,无过程中断。可直接用于生产过程的控制;采用一体化的两线制变送器结构,无活动部件安装使用方便、维护简单;配带清洗装置,可定期清洗探头,从而保证使用精度。
3151 / 3051 vertical pipe differential pressure densimeter is an automatic instrument for on-line measurement of density of various liquids or liquid mixtures. It is a field instrument for continuous on-line measurement of liquid density, which can be directly used in industrial production process. The intelligent on-line densitometer adopts advanced technology, including a capacitive high-precision differential pressure sensor and a pair of pressure repeaters connected to it and inserted into the production process. There is a temperature sensor between the two pressure repeaters to compensate for the temperature change of the process liquid. 3151 / 3051 vertical pipeline differential pressure densimeter can measure liquid density continuously and on line without process interruption. It can be directly used for the control of the production process; it adopts the integrated two-wire transmitter structure, no moving parts, easy to install, use and maintain; equipped with cleaning device, the probe can be cleaned regularly to ensure the use accuracy.

用上述的常规方法对智能变送器进行校准是不行的,因为这是由HART变送器结构原理所决定了。因为智能变送器在输入压力源和产生的4-20mA电流信号之间,除机械、电路外,还有微处理芯片对输入数据的运算工作。因此调校与常规方法有所区别。

实际上厂家对智能变送器的校准也是有说明的,如3151/3051竖管道式差压密度计的变送器,对校准就有:“设定量程"、“重定量程"、“微调"之分。其中“设定量程"操作主要是通过LRV.URV的数字设定来完成配置工作,而“重定量程"操作则要求将变送器连接到标准压力源上,通过一系列指令引导,由变送器直接感应实际压力并对数值进行设置。而量程的初始、最终设置直接取决于真实的压力输入值。但要看到尽管变送器的模拟输出与所用的输入值关系正确,但过程值的数字读数显示的数值会略有不同,这可通过微调项来进行校准。由于各部分既要单独调校又必需要联调,因此实际校准时可按以下步骤进行:
