不同储层推荐做法
Recommended practices for different reservoirs
按储层裂缝发育程度、孔隙性和渗透性,可分三类区别对待:
According to the development degree, porosity and permeability of reservoir fractures, it can be divided into three types
(1)储层裂缝特别发育的井,这类储层无论钻井液密度高低,均会井漏,且漏速较大,对于这类井,建议参照在碳酸岩地区做法,采取快钻强打、见好就收的方法。因为该类井储层沟通很好,揭开较少也不会对单井产量造成较大的影响;相反如果钻开较多,势必会在喷漏同层的井段反复堵漏、钻进,徒增井控风险和作业成本。
(1) For wells with specially developed fractures, no matter whether the density of drilling fluid is high or low, there will be lost circulation, and the loss rate is relatively high. For this kind of wells, it is recommended to adopt the method of fast drilling and strong drilling and close down when it is good, referring to the practice in carbonate rock area. Because this kind of well reservoir communication is very good, less uncovering will not have a great impact on the production of a single well; on the contrary, if more drilling is carried out, it is bound to repeatedly block and drill in the well section of the same formation with lost circulation, which will increase the well control risk and operation cost.
(2)裂缝不发育,但孔隙性较好的储层,在近平衡钻井获得成功的前提下,建议再在成熟区块探索欠平衡钻井,具体做法是:先对不同井队、不同钻井公司和不同井位进行分级分类,然后选取“钻井队素质高+钻井公司保障能力强”的队伍,先期实施欠平衡钻井,如果增产或缩短工期效果明显,可在总结分析形成完善的技术规程后,逐步在大范围内推广超深高压井欠平衡钻井技术。
(2) For reservoirs with undeveloped fractures but good porosity, it is suggested to explore underbalanced drilling in mature blocks on the premise of success of near balanced drilling. The specific method is as follows: first, classify different drilling teams, different drilling companies and different well locations, and then select the team with "high quality of drilling team + strong support ability of drilling company" to implement underbalanced drilling in advance, If the effect of increasing production or shortening the construction period is obvious, the underbalanced drilling technology of ultra deep and high pressure wells can be gradually popularized in a large range after forming a perfect technical specification through summary and analysis.
