Installation and commissioning of input liquid level meter
1. The transmitter can be installed vertically, obliquely or horizontally in the tank body and groove, and attention shall be paid not to allow sediment to bury or block the diaphragm;
2. In case of large fluctuation of medium, fixed measures shall be taken, such as anti wave tube of ф 12;
3. In addition to being used as power supply and signal conversion, the air conducting cable is mainly used for air induction compensation. Pay attention not to hold it too tightly and bend it too sharply during installation;
4. The shell is vertically installed on the bracket above or near the tank body, which shall ensure sun protection and ventilation, and the installation position shall be convenient for wiring and adjustment.
5. This product has been calibrated at the time of delivery. Its zero point is relative to the atmospheric pressure in Henan area, and its full point is relative pressure under one atmospheric pressure. If field adjustment is required, the following methods can be adopted:
Field zero adjustment ---- when the liquid level is at the position, press the zero adjustment key "Z" once, and the output current will be adjusted to 4mA automatically. Full on site: when the liquid level is at high level, press the full key "s" once, and the output current will be adjusted to 20mA automatically. After adjustment, tighten the end cover of the transmitter.
