法兰式液位变送器应用:高盐废水二阶段阶段处理测控处理/(2)膜分离过程。目前较成熟的常用的膜分离工艺有微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透四种,微滤和超滤所用膜的孔径较大,对于COD和悬浮物的截留作用较好,但不能截留大部分溶解性物质,纳滤可以截留大部分二价离子,反渗透能够截留一价离子,所以根据要求的不同可以选择不同的膜分离工艺进行处理,膜分离工艺处理效果好于一般工艺,成本较高,且膜污染问题较突出,因此受到了一定限制。目前还有一些新型膜分离工艺,如膜蒸馏工艺和清华大学研制的“NANO”膜。膜蒸馏工艺利用疏水膜的疏水性使水蒸气通过膜而隔离其他物质,从而保证出水洁净,膜蒸馏工艺同样存在膜结垢问题,且疏水膜的研制还不能满足大规模应用的要求。其结合反渗透和膜蒸馏的工艺特点,抗污染能力强,截留能力强,有良好的发展前景。

Membrane fouling also exists in membrane distillation process, and the development of hydrophobic membrane can not meet the requirements of large-scale application. Combined with the process characteristics of reverse osmosis and membrane distillation, it has strong anti pollution ability, strong retention ability and good development prospect.
