眼前，79岁的老仪表人田阜林，从事生产一线50多年，从他手中加工出来的产品，多次获得过国家级的奖项，虽然已经退休，但他还被返聘到生产一线，继续“传帮带”，把这种“工匠人”应有的精神传承下去。
