日前,国家自然科学基金委国家重大科研仪器研制项目“台风追踪探测仪器”启动与实施研讨会在北京航空航天大学召开。
Recently,a seminar on the initiation and implementation of Typhoon Tracking and Detecting Instrument,a major national scientific research instrument development project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,was held at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
项目承担单位北京航空航天大学以及合作单位北京理工大学、北京天恒长鹰科技股份有限公司、中国气象科学研究院、南京大学的项目组成员和相关领导参加了本次会议。
The project undertakers,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Beijing Polytechnic University,Beijing Tianheng Changying Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,China Meteorological Science Research Institute,Nanjing University and other project team members and relevant leaders participated in the meeting.
“台风追踪探测仪器”项目将在台风上空的临近空间(20km)布设探测平台,突破已有台风探测仪器的局限,首次实现对台风进行多要素、长过程、精细化直接观测的能力,建立一套具有自主知识产权且世界领先的仪器系统。
The Typhoon Tracking and Detecting Instrument project will set up a detection platform in the adjacent space(20km)above the typhoon,break through the limitations of existing typhoon detection instruments,realize the ability of direct observation of typhoon with multi-elements,long process and fine,and establish a set of instrument system with independent intellectual property rights and leading in the world for the first time.
本项目仪器的研制成功将为揭示台风生成、演化以及强度畸变等未解之谜提供全面、精准的观测数据,构建出世界上最高分辨率的精细数字台风系统,使我国台风精准探测、科学认知与精确预报进入世界领先行列,提升我国抵御自然灾害的综合防范能力,也将在海洋运输、航空安全、国家安全等中发挥重要作用。
The successful development of this project instrument will provide comprehensive and accurate observation data to reveal the mystery of typhoon generation,evolution and intensity distortion,and construct the world's highest resolution fine digital typhoon system,so that China's typhoon precision detection,scientific recognition and accurate prediction will enter the world's leading ranks,and enhance China's comprehensive prevention ability against natural disasters will also be at sea.Ocean transportation,aviation safety and national security play an important role.
