差压变送器使用中应注意以下三点: (1)差压变送器在使用前必须对其测量范围、零点、漂移量、精度、静压误差等进行复核; (2)差压变送器安装后,开车之前还需检查一次各种变送器的工作压力、工作温度、测量范围、漂移量等。看是否和实际情况相符,若有不符之处,则必须查明原因并纠正后才能开车。 (3)开启和停用时,应避免差压变送器承受单向受压,对每台差压变送器应附带一套三组阀件,通常把三组阀安装在差压变送器的上方,其中阀1和阀3分别为高压和低压切断阀,阀2为平衡阀,平衡阀2在开表和停表时,用以保护差压变送器和便于调零位。在开启差压变送器时,应先打开平衡阀2,然后再打开阀1和阀3,当阀1和阀3全部打开后,再关闭阀2。在停用差压变送器时,也应先打开平衡阀2,然后再关闭阀1和阀3。按以上顺序开启和停用差压变送器,可以避免差压变送器承受单向静压而过载。对于有冷凝胶或隔离液的差压变送器,也可以避免冷凝胶或隔离液被冲跑。 |
